OUR PROCESS
HOW WE WORK
You can dream in 3-D. Together, we make those visions reality. Everyone has ideas; however, to make ideas valuable and manufacturable takes expertise, technology and capabilities.
1. Brainstorming Stage - we meet and listen to your needs, challenges, goals and parameters. If it's not in our inventory of solutions, we'll customize one for you.
2. Development Stage - we brainstorm and explore all possibilities in a collaborative environment with you. From our design/ innovation team to engineering team, you’ll find our passion for your products. We provide renderings and technical drawings to bring your ideas to life. Then, we assess production capabilities as well as costing based on the design direction. We take the final technical drawings and provide prototype for pre-production approval.
3. Production Stage - we take approved pre-production prototype and assure the production of your container matches this prototype. If necessary, we will continue to improve your design, right up to delivery time. We monitor the production outcome through quality assurance check point to ensure all of the finished goods fall within the approved tolerances. Winpack Plastics can accommodate our customers’ custom pack out and delivery requirements.
